We are seeking an evaluator to conduct the final evaluation of Peace Beyond Borders, an EU-funded project supporting locally grounded efforts to prevent and counter violent extremism in Uganda and the DRC.

Implemented by the Kofi Annan Foundation, Pole Institute and Prospect Initiative, and funded by the European Commission’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments, this project strengthens the capacity of communities and local actors to prevent and respond to violent extremism in high-risk border regions.

We are looking for a consultant or a team of consultants with proven experience in project evaluation, strong knowledge of preventing and countering violent extremism (P/CVE), and a good understanding of the peace and security contexts of Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
