“The Kenya National Dialogue and Reconciliation (KNDR): Building a Progressive Kenya”

On 5– 6 December 2011, the African Union Panel of Eminent African Personalities (PEAP) and the Kofi Annan Foundation will be hosting a meeting, “The Kenya National Dialogue and Reconciliation (KNDR): Building a Progressive Kenya”, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya. The conference seeks to highlight achievements to date and galvanize momentum to consolidate the gains to build a progressive Kenya.

To maximize general public participation in the KNDR Conference, there is a dedicated website http://www.kndr.co.ke/ with four social media platforms to facilitate a national discussion in Kenya and debate on the conditions necessary “to build a progressive Kenya.” Comments and conversations on Kenya’s National Dialogue and Reconciliation process are essential in creating a renewed momentum for ongoing reforms, which will continue until the next General Election. You can also watch the conference online via the website.

With many former African heads of state and government, the Panel members and a wide range of leaders in Kenya attending, this promises to be a momentous event.
