The Kofi Annan Foundation is delighted to announce the appointment of Kojo Annan, John Nagulendran and Neha Sanghrajka to the Board of the Kofi Annan Foundation in 2025.
Kojo Annan is an entrepreneur and investor with an extensive global network and strong track record of growing new businesses across international markets. “It is a great privilege to join the board of the Kofi Annan Foundation and contribute to advancing its vital work. My father’s lifelong commitment to peace, justice, and multilateralism continues to inspire me, and I am deeply invested in ensuring that his vision remains impactful for generations to come. John Nagulendran is a Swiss-based Singaporean philanthropist and the founder of the Nagulendran Philanthropy Alliance, which is dedicated to harnessing the strategic value of private philanthropy to promote a more peaceful world. “There has never been a more critical time in history to amplify Kofi Annan’s commitment to peace, the empowerment of our young people, and creating a more inclusive and equitable multilateral system. A Kenyan national, Neha Sanghrajka is a negotiator, mediator, and author with extensive experience delivering positive outcomes in high-stakes negotiations, including working for Kofi Annan in Kenya on the 2007 electoral crisis, dialogue, and reform process. “Mr. Annan had broad shoulders”, said Ms. Sanghrajka, “and the world was lucky to have had his silent strength for as long as we did. It is an honour to serve on the board of this Foundation and to be a part of the work to ensure his legacy lives on.”
