Amanda joined the Foundation in September 2021 as Program Associate. She works with the Youth, Peace and Trust program on issues related to youth leadership, building trust, and transitions to peace.
Prior to this, Amanda worked for a capacity-building organization on child development and rights-based advocacy in East Africa. She also worked as a consultant in peace training research during her master’s degree.
Amanda will receive an MSc in Humanitarianism, Aid and Conflict from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London, and holds a double BA in Development Studies and Political Sciences from McGill University in Montreal. You can find her on LinkedIn.
