We are a not-for-profit organisation and depend on grants and philanthropic gifts. The Foundation is grateful to all the individuals, organisations and governments whose financial support in 2018 made its work possible. We thank our funding partners, including those who choose to give anonymously, for their commitment to creating fairer, more peaceful and prosperous communities.

*Mrs Lagergren passed away peacefully on Friday, 5 April 2019. We will be forever grateful for her loyal support.

We warmly thank all those who made donations to the Foundation in honour of Mr Annan’s 80th birthday, which we celebrated in April 2018, with great joy. We would especially like to thank the Fondation pour Genève, the Maison de la Paix and the World Meteorological Organization for the exceptional partnership to create this memorable evening.

Sadly, we must also sincerely thank all those who made donations in memoriam following Mr Annan’s sudden passing just a few months later in August of 2018 – your commitment to Mr Annan’s vision for a fairer more peaceful is greatly cherished and appreciated.

We wish to give special thanks for the great collaboration around the various events for Mr Annan after his passing, including the President and the Government of Ghana, the United Nations office in New York and the Director-General and the staff at the United Nations offices in Geneva.
